All sales are final due to the tactile and sensory nature of our products (squishies, slime, sticky toys), Taco Toys does not offer refunds or exchanges on any items once they have been opened or played with.

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been handled. This ensures that every product you receive is brand new and sanitary.

Quality Guarantee We take great pride in our quality control. Every single order is hand-packed and inspected by our team to ensure it leaves our facility in perfect condition. We do not ship defective items.

Issues & Queries If you believe you have received the incorrect item, or if your parcel was damaged during courier transit, please do not return the item to us. Instead, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue.
