Shipping policy
1. General Information We are based in South Africa and ship all orders locally. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safe and sound!
2. Courier Service We strictly use The Courier Guy for all our deliveries to ensure reliable, door-to-door service.
No P.O. Boxes: Please note that couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Private Bags. You must provide a physical street address where someone is available to sign for the parcel.
3. Processing Time
Since we are a boutique store, every order is packed personally by our team.
Please allow 1–2 business days for us to pick, pack, and hand over your order to the courier.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
4. Delivery Timelines Once your parcel has been collected by The Courier Guy, the following estimated delivery times apply:
Major Centres (CPT, JHB, DBN, PRE): 1 – 3 Business Days
Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 – 5 Business Days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by strikes, weather, or high volumes during holiday seasons.
5. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Standard Delivery: R120
Remote/Outlying Areas: May incur a slight surcharge or longer delivery time.
6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Waybill Number. You can track your parcel directly via The Courier Guy’s website here: https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track
7. Issues with Delivery
Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping details. Taco Toys is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo immediately and email info@tacotoys.co.za within 24 hours.
