1. Introduction
Welcome to Taco Toys. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products and Availability
Sold "As Is": All products are sold as is. Due to the nature of viral toys, squishies, and fidgets, slight variations in colour, texture, or design may occur compared to website images.

Stock: We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Payment is required immediately upon checkout. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not verified or received.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the tactile, porous, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products (slime, squishies, sticky toys), all sales are final.

No "Change of Mind" Returns: We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or dislike the specific colour/variation received.

Hygiene & Safety: To ensure the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been handled, opened, or played with. We do not resell returned items.

Defects/Damage: Every order is hand-packed and inspected by our team to ensure quality. In the unlikely event that a parcel is damaged by the courier:

You must email info@tacotoys.co.za within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide photographic proof of the damage.

Queries sent after this 24-hour window will be considered normal wear-and-tear and will not be eligible for review.

5. Safety Warning (Parental Responsibility)
Choking Hazard: Many of our products contain small parts, liquids (slime), or materials that may pose a choking hazard.

Age Restriction: Our products are generally not suitable for children under the age of 3.

Supervision: Adult supervision is required at all times while children are playing with these items. Taco Toys is not responsible for any injury or accident caused by improper use or lack of supervision.

6. Limitation of Liability
Taco Toys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, clothing, or carpets caused by slime or sticky toys.

7. Shipping and Delivery
We utilize third-party couriers for delivery.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, Taco Toys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier service.

Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
